I had no motivation to grind in OB, but I did go with a few mates to explore the new theobomos(45+ area) and we found this gent in the highest level area of theobomos.
Spoiler!

Holy shit =o

Can't wait to have motivation and play. Got to 16 as a ranger. I watched some videos and ranger looks kind of lame. All the skills are very closely the same..nothing like the assassin counter part.

Ranger 10-19 are the most boring 9 levels in the entire game, of any class.

^agreed. I hate playing ranger because you get no actual new skills during those levels.. a trap, dagger(Really? C'mon..), evasion, acc increase is pretty much you look forward to.

Anyway, Azi. Don't have us try and persuade you towards a class. Play what you want.

Skills still don't impress me from what I expected. Rerolling my ranger to something else.. maybe cleric or templar.

Rangers are just bleh till lvl 19 and it seems a bit more fun by then. Still I got my ass kicked by some clerics almost all the time and sorcerers sometimes though.

I guess, but he has 5+ levels on everyone he's fighting. He would be dead pretty fast if he tried what he did on equal level players.

The legion I'm in is thinking of going to Triniel now because the BRs declaring Israphel their home server is scaring some legions away...

Edit: To anyone on Triniel, are the Elyos strong there? Doesn't look like they are.

Triniel? Elyos?

One word: Avalon

I don't know if they're strong, or weak, or w/e. I'm just warning you that these are the people you'll be playing against.

Me and my guild are avoiding that server and vaizel which we played CB and OB on and was pretty much quiet. Was Triniel even active enough during CB and OB?

Looks like Azphel and Zikel will be highly crowded servers of all Est servers.

Alright, thanks for the info. I think the legion I'm in is deciding to go to Zikel because Triniel looks like a low population server compared to Zikel.

Avalon was, and probably still will be, one of the largest Elyos legions on Triniel. They were heavily involved in pretty much every zerg in defense of Eltnen, and from forum posts/region chat, I think the same offensively in Morheim. How they are in small groups I do not know. There was a lot of chatter from Flameborne (Asmo legion) about how easy it was to take out Avalon when they weren't in zerg mode, but I don't know if that was just posturing or not. I will say, there were Avalon members everywhere you looked. They'll give any Asmodian legions some tough competition.

It's no surprise that they're everywhere considering the fact that they most likely have Argonaut - the best guild recruiter I've seen in SRO.

Well after reconsidering, my legion decided on Triniel because it looks like Zikel is overrun by Asmodian legions so the competition for named bosses, Elyos kills, and competition in general may be a bit steep. The server may lock out Asmodian character creation in the near future and it may be a while before competition is near equal on both sides numbers-wise. Also, the fact that Flawless just stated that their rolling on Zikel doesn't help the situation... Triniel's population has increased quite a bit because of the number of Israphel guilds switching to it. Good luck on Zikel.

Looks like I'll be slaughtering Avalon on Triniel.

About 80% of the guilds on Israphel who had already declared it to be their home server are now choosing another server because BR players are coming. lol

Go for Zikel if you want heavy pvp against asmo or try a new server to avoid all those old CBT OBT dramas and could be a bit relaxing.

I am sure all servers will be filled up with about 400k preorders, at least at launch.
