everyone is brainwashed :p Joymax seems to be trying to add more of that though. The 100 cap quests were more scenario like and some even have cut scenes and what not. Then with the roc update there will be more of that stuff to get to your final goal of going after roc. Many quests needed to be allowed into the dungeon. So maybe they haven't done as well as other games, but at least they seem to be putting up an effort now.

Yeah, really hard question.
is theres any game like silkroad?
Servers Crowded, almost impossible log in for normal user
Bad Customer Support
Hard to get lvl, and/or farmed
Loads of bots, afk players.
Need to get stuff with real money for being strong...
seriously, there is?

Silkroad has good movement animations and killing monsters feels really fluent. The sp farming system is stupid but the character building system is good (most players don't even make full use of its character building system). You aren't going to find a game with animations as good as silkroad but you will find a ton with better gameplay.
