i was going to post the defiler/commander/shaman builds for those who wanted a reference but couldnt find a decent skill calculator, any help with this perhaps ?

I'll post my shammy > forsaker build


@lvl 69 I'll have

Attack skills

Fire ball lvl 5 +DNA (main 1on1 skill instant cast + 0.6sec cooldown = spamfest while kiting elites)
Flame arrow lvl 5 (instant cast while having a minor AoE/DoT but cooldown is meh)
Soul explosion 8 + DNA (AoE)
Burning hell lvl 3 + DNA (AoE though only mystic can takes this higher. Might use DNA for something else)
Hell fire lvl 5 (AoE)
Fire totem lvl 1 (apparently for pvp purposes to knock some class out of stealth)
Torrid slash lvl 1 (filler, might be increased for stun purpose)
Fire rain lvl 1 (filler)

Buffs

Flame shield lvl 5 + DNA (70% chance to reflect 80%damage. Doesn't work on skills though thus limited uses on PvP, great in PvE)
Vindictive mind lvl 5 + DNA (More damage on all fire skills.-
Mana amulet lvl 5 (faster mp regen = more killing = faster exping)
Fire mastery lvl 4 (the forsaker passive for more damage)
elec neutralisation lvl 1 (apparently it works 100% and not 50% thus a nice effect for 1 skill point)

Debuffs
Chaos totem lvl 4 (max for forsaker to confuse things)
loa's cure lvl 4 (slower target with a slower attack)


I chose DNA for vindictive mind over DNA for Flame arrow. Flame arrow will lose 12 damage (iirc) but everything else gains 17 thus it's a nice trade off.

If the skill calculator I used is correct I'll have 12 extra skill points.

Things I might invest them in

Torrid slash > for a longer mêlée stun.
Flame slash > for a 4m stun.
Dura amulet > for HP, but it looks meh without DNA.
Healing totem/Healing fairy > some limited HoT (fairy has HoT + normal heal).

It's hardly a secret if only a limited amount of skills are worth using.

@IceCrash

If you read the 2nd sentence you should've noticed "I'll ..." implying it's somewhere in the future.

Thinking ahead always pays off when skill points are limited.

My crappy 4 year old laptop who shuts from overheating constantly can run the game. Not long and fairly laggy, but still it works.
