Anyone been invited to the beta? I signed up.. no invite.
Call of Duty elite really doesn't interest me. It's just what halo reach did for free but you have to pay for it. They should have spent more time on the game then a stupid website to get even more money...

So pumped for this game!!
Before I didn't care much, just another CoD which would be fun for a while. But now I saw that trailer I can't wait for MW3 xD I really want to play that survival mode.

Honestly,
I really like the fact that they stuck to MW2, it looks similar to it, and i think this was a smart move on their part, IW has done very well with CoD4 and MW2.
It looks a bit smoother, in terms of the engine. Also, did everyone notice right at the end, with that anti-personnel mine, at the bottom right of the UI, there is actually a Kill Streak tracker. Which is cool, so now you know how you are progressing in terms of Kill Streaks.
What do you guys think about the 14 Kill streak "Juggernaut" Do you think it turns you into a Juggernaut for a period of time, or it spawns a Juggernaut for your team? Remember, there was a lot of talk back in MW2 that Juggernaut was going to be a MP available option, but then they removed it.
That blue smoke is really interesting, bringing in a strike from an AC 130 above. I wonder if that is limited to Survival, or will that be a Kill Streak / High level equipment? Reminds me a lot of
I'm a little sad at 0:40 that when they show some of the guns, that they are pretty much like the MW3 guns. I always enjoy getting new firepower, but of course this is just a quick example of like 4 guns, so there are many new ones im sure, like the one at the very end.
The new Squads that you can call in (In Survival at least) looks pretty sick, and i hope that they come to MP. Preferably, not the Riot shield ones, i feel like they could be a big pain.
Anyway, still looking forward to it, and the new info that comes out of XP

Just finished watching this breakdown. As he says in the vid the last clip is from multiplayer, the 'mine' is a killstreak most likely (as it kind of matches the contour on the bottom right (lowest killstreak)). It also looks like you'll be able to choose which killstreak you use first.
Maybe you can even keep getting killstreaks if you don't die, like if that bar on the bottom right fills up far enough (so 5 bars for a 5 killstreak etc) you can 'buy' your killstreaks with them. (this is just something I'm thinking about, not being said in the vid ^).
I'm starting to get really excited for this game. Can't wait to call in a riot shield squad for myself =D About the juggernaut killstreak, the logo hints towards a guy you can call in but maybe it just boosts the users hp (temporarily). Either way it's a 14 pointstreak so hopefully we don't have to deal with it every single game.
Oh that's another change, you'll be able to build killstreaks with completing objectives. Been waiting for that for a long time now. On the other hand the idiots will once again ruin good games by triplecapping the enemy for that extra point fcking up the spawnlock and probably everyone's pointstreak lol

Omg Point Streaks would be awesome in Multiplayer. I always played objectively more than my Team. I always felt like I had to plant in Demo. Resetting killstreaks without having to die would also be awesome.
You notice how when that thing flew into the air and it exploded, the ground under the enemy is where is explosion originates from instead of straight underneath it.

The killfeed also shows an 'ac-130' killed him so it looks like a sort of bouncing betty that goes into the air and then fires a sort of predator missile. And this is the multiplayer man

Not a bad analysis, i'm waiting for the Machinima's analysis. They always do a good one.
William, im guessing that is just texture rendering, it looks very similar to a bouncing betty, or even do you remember the mines that were used in the MW2 mission "Loose Ends" Start it at 1:45.
Sure, the mines themselves look different, but i imagine that they serve a similar purpose.
I find it funny btw, im guessing this is just because the game isn't finished yet, but the Kill notification at the bottom left, shows an AC 130 kill icon Just something i noticed
Yeah, looking at it closer it does resemble the icon in the Pointstreak feed, but then i do wonder what that other Equipment was, the one he describes as a "button". Obviously a Claymore can get multi-kills, but is designed for a single person. I think this Pointstreak is designed for AOE killing, and if you noticed the box on the ground didn't disappear straight away, im guessing that this means there is multiple mines in there.
I don't know how i like what you were suggesting XMoshe, the fact that before games you need to choose what Pointstreak to go in with, i feel adds a lot more strategy to the game. If you are just able to pick and choose what Pointstreak you want to use on the fly, it will take away some strat of the game.. i'm thinking.
Also yeah, i do hope that they allow Pointstreaks to be built from objective play, i know they already said that 2 Assists will be a point towards a streak, so they are on the right lines.
(Btw, was very hard to write Pointstreak instead of Killstreak)

Ofcourse I meant you have to choose 3 killstreaks and from those 3 you can choose which you 'buy' first with the points you accumulate. Being able to buy any killstreak would suck xD The bars could also show the pointstreak you're on but it decreased so that would be weird o.O
Such a shame they won't have a beta for the public.

Ah ok,
That would be cool yeah, and what im guessing happened, is since he was at 13 Kills, and needed 14 for the PointStreak, when he got that point, it went back to 0, but it's showing him how many points he needs for his next point streak.

I meant will be lol. So the thing was some sort of tracker?

I don't know, i mean think about the usual travel time between an AC-130 round and it hitting the ground, compared to how quickly 402 dies after activating the "bounce"
Also, if you look at the bottom right, and that object does end up being a Pointstreak, it (Unknown Pointstreak) is under the Predator Missile (Unknown Pointsreak) which is under the Juggernaut (14 Point Streak)
So, im thinking it's a low level Pointstreak, guessing it will be replacing the RC-Car at around 3. So for it to be a beacon that brings down an AC-130 round, at that low Pointstreak, i just dont see it happening.
Of course, it's complete speculation on my part, and i could be completely wrong

I'm so behind on games, I hate being a poor student xD MW3 is a must have, BF3 I dunno...I didn't play much of BC2 online either, maybe when it's cheaper. Same for the other games really, that or 2nd hand unless you need some online code. And I want to pre-order ME3's limited edition (if there is coming one) as soon as it's announced.
On the other hand I'm saving up for a laptop first, this piece of shit I got now is fcking old.
