that video is OLD, look at the date added to start with thats almost a year.

the game is still in development, there isn't alot of info to be found about it.

Yep it`s old and most likely scraped.
I think that was the game where they planned to create new characters
have to make family and screw

and have children b4 the original character dies.
Skills of the children would be changed by mixing the family skills.
