Hi all. I'm denn,a "pro" cod4 gamer. With pro I mean I play in clans. Not just funclans, but in clanbase clans and stuff. I like games with teamwork, but still need to ask skill.
I started ti okay Cod4, and that was the first time i got in such a game. But now, after alot of playing, im getting reallllyyyy tired of it. + my pc suxorz, so my fps is also very bad on cod4.
I talked to some people, and they told me 2 games: Cod2 and CS:S.
Cod2: Its in the call of duty series. So, if i start with this one, i will already know basic stuff. Its just getting used to the new weps, building up skill with those weps, find myself a clan, and i can start. But, with every year a new game in the line coming, is it worth it to train on it, when maybe the whole scene will change in a year.
CS:S: A game that does not die. I dont know if any games will follow on this one, but its been on for years now, and its still very popular, if not the most popular. Though, if i start with this game, ill be a total noob. Will take alot of time to build my skills up, cause people tell me its preety much a skill based game in the beginning.
I just want your opinions on this one. Which game, and why?
( Btw, buying games on STEAM, can i trust it? Cause i never worked with steam before, so i dont know shit about it. )

I lol'd Anyway, the cs:s competative scene is far larger then the cod:4 one, cod2 is out of question here. That's really all there is to tell.

Counter strike source, cod2 doesn't even compare to css and steam is very trustworthy and they have cheap games
