Anyone else play this relatively unknown game from a small indie company?

Played it briefly at launch, but I wasn't really in the market for a new game at the time. I just kinda looked at it as a Chinese knock-off Zelda:BotW and left it in the dust...

RoOF plays a bunch of Honkai Star Rail I believe.

I think at the moment if I were to pick up any of the Holoverse games, it would probably be ZZZ though.

That's fair though. I thought the same thing but I was itching for that BotW feel so I gave it a go. It's definitely carved out its own identity since then and I've been consistently playing and enjoying it (excited for the new area, Nod Krai)

Genshin definitely got me into Hoyo's economy (for better or worse T_T) so I also play HSR and ZZZ (last one I just picked up recently.)

I definitely recommend giving Genshin another go if you can. For its scale and quality, it's surprisingly F2P-friendly. The end game is the only one that you can argue to be Pay2Win but it's a single player game and the damage floor has been pretty low even after 5 years.

The weird thing about Genshin is that its a single player game lol.
Everything about its design somehow just screams that it's supposed to be an MMO, and yet it's not :S.

I'm not above giving Genshin another go some day, but at least right now it's not quite the game I am looking for.
At moment I am tiding myself over with Heroes of the Storm, but I think I am overdue for a more focused story-oriented experience.

With that said... If I were to play Genshin.
I'd totally be rolling for Hu Tao \[T]/
