Has anyone played it?

Ikariam is a free, browser game which means that no download is required. You pretty much start out with you own little town in an island and the point of the game is simply to build up your empire.

There are many features in the game like colonizing other areas of your own island or of different islands (besides your main capital city), declaring war on other players and invading them, blockading off their harbors, trading with other players through ships and forming and joining alliances and much MUCH more.

This isn't an rts game but it has some similar characteristics. Imo, this game is pretty fun (started a couple of days ago) for times when you have extra time on your hands.

I have an account on the Alpha server, my username is Morgoth, and my island coordinates are (76, 9)(you'll know what im taking about once you play) and my town name is Atlantis. I hope we can play together sometime.

i did build barracks and port, tho ive upgraded the barracks instead of the town hall, and now i dont know have enough trees for that...
what to do , how to get it xD

never liked turn based browser games

ok nvm , i found how to get the wood, just go outside to the island and u see wood stocks..
and nah i dont want to even start with their faq, as im currently learning C++ , and there is too much things to read, dont want to fill my head with teh BS :p

hehe i remember i had millions of gold and 3 villages mining marble (most expensive resource) wood is cheap to buy and collect once you get your island woodcamp higher lvls

main problem is being online everyday to buy wine for my brewery and glass for researching
