What we need to do is spam Joymax with Inquiries on their official website. Just keep spamming there [ Well not spamming with something stupid like a 1 liner, but make an intelligent letter and post it on all their inquiries over and over]. And to get you started, here is the website

I am even going to give you a short letter you can use. Feel free to spam this on any of their e-mails as well.

Dear Joymax,

For over a year now, your International Silkroad Online Servers have been completely clogged with bots. Bots are defined as automated programs that will play the game instead of an actual player and can be active all day long without interruption. Bots can bypass any security currently in place. The bot users exploit your game to make money by selling accounts, or gold. Your current San Jose staff refuses to comment on the issue and does nothing to prevent their illegal activities. We, your customers plead that you honor your own rules and do something about these criminals.

Do you honestly think JM even cares anymore, their customer support isnt even support. They havnt put out a ban list in nearly 6months, maybe even more. And this is the millionth time i've read bs like this.

Spamming will do no good. Telling them they should ban bots would be pointless, many players have been doing it for god knows how long with no results.

Your spamming method of an "Educated Letter" to them would be considered as another "Educated" annoyance.

I love how everyone here bashes you with 1 liners if they don't like what they read.
First, this is not just spamming the Silkroad Forum, it is going to one of the offices of Joymax. People have said that they directly called people in Korea and told them about the bots and they didn't even know about the situation, so I am sure making the problem known to them cannot hurt.

You can always try and call them if you want, but I don't know the phone numbers.

I'm inclined to disagree with spamming JM being pointless.

If you want to do it then by all means pls do so. Spamming them is more constructive than spamming forum with threads of frustration (this thread being the exception).

I'm just beyond spamming JM. I would sooner see them loosing more customers to other games, due to their incompetence. At the moment, I'm just counting the days when I couldnt play anymore, or my friends quiting the game... whichever comes first.

SRO has gone beyond the point of repair.
The botters buy most of the silk and thus running the game.
If u take them away SRO will die.

SRO would be resurrected from the dead IF all the bots were gone, just like how it was a year ago, being lvl50 on my previous character walking past the ishades to find a grindspot between handgrinders.

Having conversations with people grinding next to you, i liked that.

The handgrinders who quit the game because of the bots will come back, the botters will find games more suited for them like FPS games.

And people who have never heard of SRO, discovering it and actually like to play it because there are no bots instead of "SRO is gay there are only botters"

why doesnt they see this problem?... maybe because they didnt even try to log on into the game and ask someone else to log on?, and maybe the person who they ask to go into the game said the game is w/o bugs...BUGS THEY SAY!!! i think they dont see the problem with gold sellers!!!

Joymax will not give a shit about this.

They have a single forum mod(Morningdew) who does not even pay attention to topics about bots, power-levellers and other stuff like that.

Only way to revive the game is to get Joymax to start banning both Gold Bots and Bot Players.

Good luck to you guys. I won't do it, cause I don't know any players that play the game. Only people I saw when I logged on Aege first time in long time were Bots and Gold Buyers.

a good way to make joymax do something is if some hacks sro.net and kills the silk charge system. being as stupid and money hungry as they are, they'll think the botters stopped paying. then they start banning ppl.

I think your idea is a great one. JM should at least feel a tiny bit of the discomfort that we feel in game.

Protesting unfair practices has been the public's best defense against them since ppl have been getting together. Look at the US and look at France. Americans gave up on protesting. We are now at the low end of the world spectrum on education, healthcare, and even things like telecommunication and alternative power sources. France, with their history of serious protesting, has the most worker friendly environment there is, top in the world for education and healthcare etc.

Stop being a bunch of lazy whiners. You are either a part of the solution or part of the problem. You pick. Whether you write a letter or not is immaterial, please stop whining about how hopeless it is to be proactive.

yahoo korea joymax sister corp runs ksro.
joymax does not run csro, jsro, tsro, or vsro they simply sell updates 2 companies in the respective country 2 host thier game.

joymax directly runs isro, but barely...
\thier san jose office is understaffed.
all thier employees use 1 forum mod acc.

the "GM"s are nowhere 2 be found.

they dont add certain updates...
its obvious they can tweak the game anytime:
allow me 2 explain.

the day "euro" was coming out...
there was a delay.
by about 2 hours

if you were on the official sro forums, you wouldve have noticed...
the complaints about pot delay.
our delay was ment 2 be 20 seconds... its 15
there are alot of things that we were going 2 get that ksro did not have...
like the 5 lvl gap in pts

at the last minute.
during that 2 hour delay

they decreased our pot delay.
wiped our altered letter.
and changed the pt gap 2 infinite.

lets look at the arabic sign shall we?
people complained for 2 months.
after 2 months the sign was gone.

lets try the glitches and bugs [major bugs]
within 3 hours they fixed the major bugs regarding the wing update.

joymax can run a game properly BUT they dont...

need more proof??
