u can make the pic´s with adobe photoshop from 24x24 to 16x16. ...

Yes or with paint, if you know how to improvize.

But paint gives worse quality than PS offcourse.

i dun like them eve xD ... but its better than freaking eyes... half guilds on sro got some freaking eyes as logo
