Does this happen only wit SRO or any other online games?

I need more system specifications?
Ur internet speed?
Any changes u did?
Has this been the same problem for a long time or after any installation (of any softwares) or modifications are u noticing this prob??

Incase if u have another comp, have u checkd if u can log in with out any issues?

Kewl, thanks for the info.
Looks like ur video card is locking up the game ... ok do this..

Go to START > RUN > in the open box, type in dxdiag and hit enter.
It wuld open up the DIRECTX DIAGNOSTIC TOOL.
Then click on SAVE ALL INFORMATION. U can save this file on ur desktop.
Then open the file and copy these info and post it here,
1. System Information
2. Display Devices
3. Sound Devices

One more question, you had mentioned that OS was downgraded from Vista to Win XP, have u installed all drivers?
Ok lets check this too -
Go to START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL > SYSTEM > HARDWARE > DEVICE MAGAGER.
In the device manager, u get a list of components tatz right now connected to the computer...
So tell me is there any devices that has an yellow question mark (someting like this :?: ) that is next to devices?

Or post a screen shot of ur device manager.

Hey, it still looks like ur using Windows Vista?
Well im not sure abt vista... i dont use vista.... moreover i have heard Vista has loads of issues for SRO.
On one of the posts, i have seen others mentioning that u need to set ur compatability mode to Windows 98 or XP .. set this and then check.

May b as an alternative.. u can create a dual boot of Windows XP and Windows Vista and play the game with Windows XP.

Hope this helps.
