Rogue is a str based mastery. Why sub a full intl wizard with it?

bad idea.

The rogue poison damage is frankly, petty. You'd do a lot more damage either making a pure intl wizard and subbing warlock for the de buffs for extra damage of making a pure str rouge and again subbing warlock.

Either way a combination of wizard and rogue is well.. a waste of a mastery.
