IMHO, why go for +10 besides the VERY slight increase in stats. But then when you come to think about it. If it's such a low weapon like yours. Why even go for it? +9 seems good enough. Still, good job on that double digit plussing.

Wrong. An item itself has a level of luck as it drops. And he tried for +9 on a 2h before this +10. It failed.
