I was doing 8 reps because I thought that was good, my bro is the biggest and Farking strongest guy I know, benches 400 pounds 12 reps, 19 inch arms, insane. He does 8-12 reps, I think he had it right though when he said "It's 20% working out, 80% diet". I'm gonna stop eating shit. Gotta ask you a question though, I don't live with my brother anymore, do you figure I could use jolly ranchers as cheats? I dunno how many calories they are, but I think they're less than 20 cals a pop (I eat one at a time, once a week on average) and I think they have 0 fat... Can I keep doing that? Or should I just quit it? Its sugar...empty calories...quit it...go eat a powerbar lol

Now im at 130Lbs(update) doing 10+. Pretty good for a twig like me I must say. And to those that asked if I use steroids or other sh1t, No. I just started eating right and said screw the bullsh1t and went and did it. Now I'm addicted to exercise lol. Feels pretty good once you get into it. You could lift more than 75 to begin with and therefore it seems like a huge difference. 2. Your just wrong (i doubt it) 3. You have some unnatural help 4. Your some kind of genetic freak and I was your genes now.
Well I looked it up the web and asked my doctor and he said that some ppl just have a naturally higher muscle gain rate than others. Wish i knew it sooner lol, but at 130 now only 3 weeks in Let's see how im doin in a week. And thanks for the Tips eveyone

And thanks for the Tips eveyone well that's my problem, I have trouble gaining mass, I gotta eat like hell to keep my weight. It's easier toe to get cut and get good muscle definition, it's harder though to get buff since I have no body fat and a fast metabolism, but im doing good, training isnt the harder job, eating is the real one lol.

I gotta eat a lot to lol. Except my doc said it's better to eat healthy food and a lot of protein to gain some weight rather than fatty foods. I also lack in body fat. I've also been really tone with a good definition. But I've always felt kinda weak for my age, and small for my height. But now I'm benching more than my cuz and he pissed lol. Good self-esteem booster.

It's easy (relatively speaking) to make some great gains (strength and size) when you're a noob so take advantage of that... don't go overboard and fk yourself up though.

That's why I'm working on it while young, so later in life I won't be regreting it.
