So, i was looking through some old posts on the official silkroad forum, and i was amazed to see the lack of replies from JM staff these days.
About a year ago, morningdew would reply to posts about botting, accounts and stuff, now i havnt seen a post from her in over 3 months.
Anyway, out of all the replies i read, this has to be my favourite:

We dont need to prove anything to you if you already know what you were banned for. People who are banned for Illegal Program use go through a series of investigations. They are not banned on assumption or just because someone reported them. Data is collected from the player through out time.
