No iam serious, i had to contact them through that becuase my character was stuck in a wall and i kept getting dc when i logged in, they fixed it for me within a day.

And when my account was banned for chargeback.

Well back in the days I needed to talk to a GM so I bought like 500 silk and kept on spamming in GC for a GM. Finally on the 381th GC I got an answer.
