There is no money limit character can have.Only transfer limit and stall limit.

That isnt a stall char if you look in the stall you can see his name very lightly and his name is _GLaDiaT0R_ unless he has like a lvl 80 stall char

Note that the 8d armor chest is red. He is wearing armor, thus it can't be that it is a conflict in armor/cloth set up. The spear is probably just a pk2 edit.

As for the gold/items. There is far too much of all that for it to be really legit. xP Self pwnt. xP
