ok i just logged in... i got 2 PCs and im lvling my char on ongs... some guy comes and tells me haha multi client... got almost the same ign on these 2 chars(have x's on one)... i presume this is some kinda software for using 2 sros at the same time, which probably means hacking... i just wanna know, if he reports me, can i get banned? cause i have 2 sros running from the same ip... but my gf plays also on the other PC... should i be concerned? P.S. dont flame... i havent played in a long time so i dont know these kinda things... some mmos ban instantly if u log in twice from the same ip...

No, you won't get banned. Me and my brother usually play at the same time on 2 computers from the same network. The only way you can get banned in this situation is the alteration of a client.

If the people that were using up to 20 clients on 1 PC didnt get banned because of that ... you wont either ...

What's the proof, people who buy silk yet bot 12 hours a day are excluded from the ban list, guess only Joymax can convince you. The inconvenient truth, silkroad style.

BalkanFanaticS wrote: DShadow wrote: ... The only way you can bet banned in this situation is the alteration of a client. hell no , the only way u can get banned is if u dont buy silk . Ask anyone that began in Tibet for the first day when it came out for a player named "Minerva"...spent $30 for 300 silk on the first day, and at the end of the first day got banned. It was by Crayon. Ask anyone that started off in the first three days of Alps for Anyeong, paid another $30 for 300 silk, banned on the 3rd night (AFK at Tarim Basin Bridge, NOT BOTTING), and was one of the two banned for the first Alps ban list. Funny thing was, the other one that got banned was a obvious gold farmer. It was by Crayon again. Since Crayon's been gone, at least from what I've notice there's hardly anymore silk buyers being banned for botting, I'm sure your analogy is more likely now. It's almost RARE for a GM to spawn in game now, let alone all of the servers in one day.

Don't say chargeback becuase you were pvping with them until It said 1 minute till server shutdown. Explain pl0x.

I remember the thread where the dude was afk on the bridge sitting down and still sitting down(I think) and came back with "Please answer blah blah blah if you are not a botter". I don't see how you can say he was a botter for sitting a character down rofl. Reminds me of Pizza's failure at banning gold bots. "he no bot" to a gold bot that doesn't answer back to the user that took the screenshot+Pizza at yeti.
