Scariest Video Game Bosses?

so i wanted to know what is the scariest game boss you have ever ran into and from what game? Mines pretty much and thing in Super Metroid seriously you go into a calm room and a boss with fade and rape you or fighting the mother brain disgusting and scary. you guys?

He might have not been the scariest but he gets my vote for the craziest and demented one. I hate his laugh >_< so creeepy.

Probably the bosses/enemy's in the Silent Hill series. That's all that i can think off right now,but if anything comes to mind i will update this post.

I freaked out every time I encountered one. Actually, the 1st time I saw one, I freaked out...but then I saw that there were TWO; and that didn't help.

For me it has to be Right hand from Resident Evil 4, just because ever time you look
over your shoulder hes standing right their ready to rip you a new ass :shock:

Damn...Those guy's look like berserkers from GoW, they sure are scary.

I often don't play like horror games where bosses are scary hehe..

lol im playing Metroid:Zero Mission and there this cut scene where you are going down the elevator and the mother brain thing pops and eye ball out and stares at you. EKKKK :shock:
