Bottom line?

I believe that you have mischaracterized BHA's anti-bot position. I think you've created a straw-man based on misinformation. I think you've generalized based on a few unique examples. Examples, I should say, that are prevalent as well in Avalon.

Here's what I think...I think that there is a minor difference in the amount of anti-bot activity between the core group of high level Avalon and the core group of high level BHA which can be attributed to the time you've been on the server and been able to cap. Amongst the lower levels (<60) I see very little anti-bot activity from either side. Zest (uber) is awesome and will clearly be a great asset in the anti-bot war. He is unique amongst lower level Avalon. I think that 90% and Avalon and 95% of BHA are exactly the same and apply exactly the same amount of effort in the war against bots. Which is to say, not much. They play legit and that's about it. I think you've created a bogeyman in BHA that the facts and reason doesn't support.

Fly, how much of your Union do you believe actively participates in the war against bots outside of Fortress war? Of course, your union includes: Camelot ,The_Empire, AvaIon, Avalon, and Midnight. Now Fly, I am asking you this because you are confused. The Core BHA group pushes as much weight in this war as the Core Avalon group. Now, what really is the problem? If your criteria for being considered bot supporters is as I see it, then most (if not all) of; Camelot, The_empire, AvaIon, and Midnight must be blacklisted. Correct? They are not actively going out of their way to make bots murder, they are not ksing them, they are not sending them obnoxious pms, at most; they have no idea what it means to be Legit. They're blind moles, who sleep eat and breath when their emperor tells them to. I suppose that is the defining criteria between bot supporter and Avalon material. Submission.

yeah and I want to thank Odyssey, SuddenDeath (except glenn and nomid), and all the ninjas in BHA. atleast some people are not willing to roll over and play dead.

the very tools that we proved to work in fighting bots are rejected by the BHA core group. How is that minor?

How do you feel about the fact that InMySight left Avalon because "we dont want our guild tag hanging out with a bot" but in BHA your union tag is being used by a person who is chilling and being friends with botters? What does that say about your union?

There is nothing minor in war.



A simple hello can make a difference in a bots day. That bot can go on to find a sosun. that sosun can go on to unite a union. that union can go on to take the fortress. that fortress will symbolize the end of the legit era on venus.

Funny thing is, NONE of this matters to Avalon in the long run! We plan on switching over to our 100% legit private server when the technology is avalible. Everything we do, we do it for you and others like you. We could just sit back and enjoy jobbing without careing about whats going on in venus. We are on top and I dont see that changing. We are capped. We dont need parties. We dont need new members. We dont need to fight anymore. What we have can destroy everything thrown at us and we have and will continue to do so. Why are we still fighting for this "legit paradise"? Avalon already is living in our own legit paradise.

I agree completely and I admire his conviction. I have no argument against Fly or his methods in the war against bots. I have always supported it and I always will.

Attacking BHA when Avalon itself is guilty of the same crimes strikes me a hypocritical and counter-productive. Fly doesn't realize that by painting BHA in these broad strokes as bot-supporters results in us thinking that he's irrational. His belief that Nomid is an anti-Avalon bogeyman is just a reflection of his belief that BHA are bot-supporters. Both are silly and unsupported by evidence. So when Fly tries to pursue what may, in fact, be a valid argument against a member of BHA it has less merit. Ultimately, that's counter productive.

All of the arguments made against BHA can be made against Avalon in equal shares. And if Fly wants to use BHA as a proxy to clean up Avalon, that's fine. Just expect BHA to react.

Im only here cause my boys wont stop talking about it.... You are wrong about Fly, because what he does well is organize a war and when it comes to war, he is perfect and without a flaw. All of us in Avalon have learned to completely trust his direction. He never loses. But your war is only as strong as your army and if half your armed force is determined to hold hands then you're at a disadvantage as a general.

In the beginning of the server you were all ready to espouse his methods because you saw that it worked. Now that you know its hard, you are content to let us do the dirty work while you appear to bat your eyelashes and try to act cute.

Giving up on BHA wasnt an easy decision. Being bot friendly is what killed Xian and many other servers. If you are gonna kill Venus, Ill just back out slowly, first from SRF (done) and then the game. I didnt want to think that SRO was irredeemable but it appears it isnt only the bots that are the problem. Fly and I are anachronisms and maybe we dont belong here where botting is so commonplace that even the legits cant keep a clear picture of how it used to be.

Im not sure why any of you are even arguing about this. Axeoo7 had already made it clear before this that he wont stay in a party with Ava members and when he leaves, the BHA members in the party leave as well. Hes done it several times now and none of you were so bothered by it when its your own union. We just have the balls to say it out loud and not hide it behind forum sniping and private whispers.

It's Avalon's catchphrase; Avalon: distressingly blunt and shitty politicians but we can kick your ass in a war so deal with it.

ego, lets use an example. InMySight. He was going to quit when he found out Rik was botting. Then he got his ass kissed by BHA and jumped ships to a guild that allows friendly terms with botters. IMS is Riks ONLY friend on venus. They both came from xian. So now you got a "legit" guild supporting a bot supporter. That bot supporter in return is the only tie Rik has left in venus. So pretty directly, BHA is responsible for MagicRik still being on Venus. Lets go to the indirect harms thats doing. Rik is the ONLY euro in the archangels union that can use his build. So now AA and Epic are able to ks uniques. They are able to put up a fight in wars. And they benefit from a strong wizard cleric.

Im not here trying to bad mouth BHA players. Im disgusted with your leadership and your policies. Even Axe007 was once a nice guy, constantly in our ventrilo. What changed there? Lazyness and no action from the BHA leadership. Its much easyer to ignore problems or patch them up with some kind of middle ground or compromise. Its alot harder to walk the harsh path that leads to compleat victory over the botters.

BHA adopts a horrible pro-bot policy. I protest against it. Axe gets defencive and BHA starts getting hostile. Then another bad policy is made, I protest, and the process repeats. In under a month the 2nd legit union of Venus which I brought together, paid for, and helped meny times, is now controled by a lazy anti-avalon core of players that have absolutly no respect for the efforts made in the bot war. instead they would rather compleatly undo them just to piss us off and gain a few not so legit members.

so how does it feel being in the union that is responsible for the power Epic enjoys? im sure it makes you proud.
