My friend is trying to install silkroad, but everytime he gets to the part to install the game an error comes up saying "Silkroad encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvinience". IF you know a solution it'll be greatly appreciated.

Well does your friends computer meet all the system requirements? which link did he download Silkroad from? Did he try to download it again?

Yeah he does meet all the requirements. He downloaded it about 6 times and it finally worked for him.

So that means data corruption. In other words his HD or ram are farcked!
