At first its not horrible.

But my eyes would want to kill themselves if they spent too long reading it.

The colours themselves are fine. A lot of people use them (in moderation) and make a good looking site. The difference here is that with the overuse, it's effectively turned into a digital neon sign. It's like staring at the sun.
