Wizzard with Cleric Skills?

I got a few questions about my subclass cleric which i will use in combination with the Wizard class as my main class.

What specific skills i need to add for my build, i will use cleric for pvp/pve SOLO.

So i dont need the skills like res, or healing somebody or groups ( I Think, correct me if i am wrong

)

It's only for my own defence when fighting.

Can there be a rule, where if you dont use search, the mods get to warn you. because these spam post, innocent as they are ARE FRIKING ANNOYING :banghead:
