Its called pristine os 1.1 I think, got it from wincustomize but the site isn't working atm.

Though thats not what its actually like, I edited the Umbrella start button there myself, along with a few other random things, i'm not exactly sure where the file is either or even if it is a file like that, there was just a buncha .bmp's I changed with the skin studio on windowblinds.
