Wellz, I need to ring a couple of people and i have no credit on my mobile, and i'm banned from using my home phone after excessive charges.

Is there a free VoIP program where i can ring mobiles and home phones for no charges?

Skype was free to call US phones for over a year, but that was to lure people in. Now it costs again.

Skype still offers calling between 2 pc's..

Just use your homephone...Calling someone can't be that much unless you're planning on talking for an hour+ or something, or when they are a few thousand km away.
