I just tried this game out last night and so far it's a lot of fun. I'm not sure whether it supports joystick/controller right now though..i sent an question to the forum mod about that. But basically the game is like Kartrider or an Online Crash Team Racing / Super Mario Kart. There's two types of racing: Speed or Battle.
Speed Racing: Use keys to shift gears higher or lower. No weapons.
Battle: Well you guessed it. Fire at your enemies, activate shields, throw monkeys at their back, leave mines, install boosters and more..everything during a race.
There's a variety of maps in the game. The controls are simple and it takes like 10 minutes to get everything ready. Registration is only 1 page (e-mail confirmation needed), just don't forget to change the language to English on the top right corner. The game download is only 144MB so do it over lunch or a bathroom break.
The game says it's European but they do allow players from the US to join in (it's on the registration list).
Code: Select all
(Visit the Youtube to watch in HQ)
Enjoy!
P.S. Don't forget to post your NICKNAME (you can change it once you log in to the game) here on SRF so we can organize racing events or whatnot. The maximum number of racers per game is 8 and the lap is 9.

Funny music ^_^ I guess you 'buy' attacks with the coins you collect xD
Yeah lol. If you visit the garage, you can switch the type of attacks, obstacles, and defense skills you wanna use during the race. The speed race type is pretty hard though. I usually just turn off the BGM and leave the SFX on. The forum mod for that game mentioned that they're working on enabling the joypad function for the game but are prioritizing on fixing the bugs first. So far Rumble Fighter's the only game which makes buying my pc gamepad worth it.
