You don't have to be anti legit to say that lol. I am visiting friends and hanging out on venus right now as you know and I will say it is better than some of the other servers I have been on. Better than Xian for sure. But there are still plenty of botters there and no real reason to get excited. The sole measure of success on Venus seems to be if a "legit" guild has the fortress. Till the day they loose it they will be like eeeh we got the botters running scared. But I have been there enough by now to know that while they don't have control they are not scared. I am taking some time to enjoy things as they are now and talking to old friends but I have no delusions of being 90 and ridding the server of bots. Only reason Venus has more legits than other servers is because most of them left the other servers to go to venus. Plain, simple. But that is not something to really make someone reconsider leaving. Yup it is better. But only temporary. The reason they want to leave their current server for they will want to leave venus for soon enough.
