Many, many thanks pr0klobster. I finally got my account back. I wouldn't have found that phone number (didn't think that they'd have a phone number for Silkroad international) or those email addresses on my own and may have given up after reading what happened to some other people.
First, I called their office and they told me that I had to call Paypal and tell them to send them an email saying that I closed the disputes and there was no chargeback. Then, I called Paypal and the person on the phone said she sent them an email to paypro -aat- silkroadonline.net. I then emailed all the addresses given and after 24 hours got no reply at all.
Then I called Joymax again just a few hours ago and this time I told the person on the phone that I had called Paypal and that they had already sent them an email. She asked whom I had sent the emails to and to whom Paypal had sent the email to and I replied paypro (since that's what they have with Paypal). She told me to send the account then to another address (similar to the ones given by pr0klobster) so that she could investigate them, which I did.
So then about 20 minutes later I called again to make sure that she had received the email. She did and said that she'd reply within the same day.
Two hours later, I got a reply and both accounts were unblocked
So, in case anyone else ever has the same problem:
- Email them as soon as they open, at 9:30am KST. I emailed them when it was 12am there, so my emails must've been below 9 hours worth of emails right after an inspection.
- Don't email paypro, email the ones pr0klobster gave. I suspect that they just check paypro for direct emails from Paypal and only after a customer has said that Paypal has emailed them.
- Do NOT email Paypal. They take at least 12 hours to reply and even after six emails they failed to understand that all I wanted them to do was send Joymax an email saying there was no chargeback and that the transaction was successful. I phoned them and then emailed them, just in case the person on the phone didn't really get what I meant (she sounded kinda stupid) but emailing them was just a complete waste of time.
- If you don't get a reply within the next 24 hours and you're losing premium and pet time like I was, you may want to call them. Just don't be an idiot and call them on your cellphone like I did (lost $10 worth of normal time in 3 minutes >.<). Some sites offer $2.50 calling cards (will actually cost $3-$3.50) that should be sufficient for 2-3 calls to Korea.
