Hey, this is for all the Xbox360 owners who have Fable 2, or have owned it or played it quite alot in the past.

So, i have a question...

Does it get better? I mean, i got it today and i have been playing it for 3-4 hours, and it seems to be exactly the same, and very repetitive. Example; kill monsters, dig up treasure, do job, get gold, buy health potions, kill monsters, dig up treasure, do job... you get the idea.

All the quests so far seem the same too; Collect this, deliver that, get reward.

After a while of what seemed like doing exactly the same thing, i turned it off and played some Oblivion. From the way people were talking about Fable 2, i thought it would be a huge free roaming area full of adventures, places to buy, monsters to kill, people to meet ect. But it isnt really like that at all. All the big journeys are done with a loading screen - How fun.

Im considering taking it back to the store tommorow and getting my money back, because its not really enjoyable at the moment for me, and is not what i expected at all.

So, does it get better? I mean, dont just say it does if you get to kill different monsters, because that isnt fun for me. I mean, do you get to do different things, rather than just killing and gathering money?

I finished and I liked it. Tell me, what else do you want to do for experience besides killing monsters? working for money etc. You can go find the 50 silver keys, get all the expressions, all the hero dolls, open all the demon doors etc etc. The quest part is not the biggest part of the game ;)

All RPG's have the same elements, same have a few more different ones but in the end you'll be repeating those too. About the land, I agree that it still has loading times, but atleast the areas in which you come are way bigger then in Fable I :) Also you can buy almost whole of Albion with the Fairfax Castle as grandprize (it costs 1mil)

Well i have been playing it alot, and im getting into it now, but i have one question, which you probably wont be able to answer...

Why do i need so much money? I started buying low price things, and i sat and did the wood chopping job for 2 hours, and i made over 150,000 gold. I went and bought more properties, and set all rent to 100%

I went to bed, when to the shop (in real life), bought some Red Bull and Chocolate, and well, my terrible diet aside, i went back into the game, about 15 hours later to find myself with a balance of over 1 million gold. After just 12 hours (or so) of play.

I heard on a forum that somebody had 180million and would give people 1m to buy the castle if they didnt it. Why the need for all that? I now own every property i have come across that has been buyable, and almost 2 million gold.

Oh, second question; How do i go online with Fable 2? I havnt been able to work it out. I have Live Gold...

Well...I got over 6mil now with the rent at 0% or -20/25% (yeah I'm a good guy) I got every house/building that can be bought and I bought tons of exp potions (costs like average of 10k ea). I think they did the wrong thing giving rent every 5mins even when not ingame. >.< (there's a nice trick to do with that but hehe..nvm xD) So yeah, I don't know why we can get so much money haha

You can go online by interacting with the orbs floating around (only if you enabled it). If you see one you can interact with them and invite them to join your world. He will then have to choose a char/weps and you can set the gold and xp distribution and he'll be loaded into your game. After that you can do quests or just run around killing things. I did this like 2 times only because the loading times increases by ALOT >.<

Just ask me if you got any other question about it =p hehe
