In real life, rule could be used to control people, because each person is one person with a body and soul unique. But in sro, even if there are rules, it cannot stop ppl to use multiclient to play another char.
If someone wants to cheat from the beginning they'll cheat secretly no matter if the rule exists or not. Even if you allow them to do anything they want, the ppl who respect rule and hate the bots won't party/buff/job with the bots. As for those who want to cheat, this is their chance to show their true face.

Can we fully detect gold buying? No. Can we fully detect multiclients? No. Can we fully detect partying, buffing, jobbing with bots? No. Is it perfect? No. However, these rules are the best we can come up with to keep the game clean.

Will cheaters from the Confed come clean if there are any? If you truly believe in your statement that a person can "cheat secretly no matter if the rule exists or not", then you have the answer.

If the members cheat, it means that they cheat. If they want to cheat, they will cheat. If they don't want to cheat, they will not cheat even if rule not exist. And what's wrong if they admit or not admit? I'd rather want to see their full face than just the half face. So why don't just remove some gay rule so that the members could act with their true nature and reveal their full face, instead of just half face like now?

Could the rule stop people to do whatever they want with their 2nd pc? No. Could the rule keep track of what NB does with her sub account? No.

NB used to say "i bot from the beginning of the game and used scripts" etc... Although, she is a sick one, but don't bother to play legitly when she can be at home and sit in front of the computer 24/24. Now she got recovered and got some children to feed. Do you really think she will keep smashing 1 2 3 buttons again? I doubt so.

anyways, if anyone doesn't like the "rules" in venus they can always play in another server. from my experience, the rules are not imposed on you, you don't have to necessarily agree with all of these, but they are in place for legit players who want to play SRO the way it is meant to be played is all.

true, cheaters and bots cannot be "stopped", but making them feel unwelcome by the legit community is the battle half won.

I have to agree with you Silo, it`s impossible to see what every1 is doing on his/her computer.

Sry to say...that statement with 10+ bot unions + 1 legit union turn to 4 legit unions + 1 bot union sounds cool...but I doubt that there are 100% in that legit unions there will be at least 1 who bots, even if he does it on a second secret account.
