You seem to think that there is not a single person on this game who has any good intentions, and plays the game a way its supposed to. You think everyones guilty. Why do you keep bringing up NB and Fly in this topic; originally it was about the Venus Confed. rules. Please, you're just starting drama here bringing up irrelevant things to the original purpose. NB botted on Xian and I think that's common knowledge to pretty much all who's been around since then; however, it's not the same for Venus. Stop bringing up shit from the past. You're just starting drama and it's leaving a foul taste in the air.

How do you know that (all) Venus players do not give a damn if they get banned from the Confederation? Here lies the problem with you and this thread - you don't play in Venus and you don't play SRO.

Have you seen the effects that the confederation have brought to Venus?

If it is indeed true that Venus players do not care about getting banned from the Confederation, which is probably one of the worst things you would never want to happen, then you can also argue that no one cares about the confederation. Then please explain to me why people sign up themselves and their guilds into the white list? Why do people bitch around and make Q.Q threads in the Confed forums when they get banned? Why do people try so hard to be removed from the Blacklist?

For a rule to be enforced and for people to give a damn about it, you have to have a working punishment. Joymax's method, with the ToS and the EULA, is banning from the game. Our method is banning from the Confederation - and the consequences that go with it. What are the consequences you ask? Let's just say that people re-roll their character to get away from these consequences. Others even move to different servers. A few even quit the game.

Anyway, from what I've seen in this thread every member of the Confederation has backed It's rules and rightly so. Of course implementing such rules as the 40+ one was going to affect a minority but It's benefited the majority. I'm sure members of the Confed knew that it would affect a small number of people, they're not stupid I'm sure it was discussed in length before it was passed.

I'm 40+ and guildless in venus and I'd still back this rule even though It's affected me. The rules might be tight and strict but It's goddamn working and I see more action than in any other server.

(This should be locked, people will never agree and the rules not going to change.)

At first I was skeptical at the Venus approach, but after 15+ hours of party play and interaction on Phoenix.. I can see why they do what they do.

Wait 15+ days and you'll start your own confederation.

I already feel like doing so.. And looks like Odyssey, Synergy, Destiny, etc.. are already in the 30's and unioning on Day 2 of the server.

One thread = Constant problem? Silo's name was only brought up for discussion twice and it was because his sig was to big. I don't think that makes him a constant problem.

why would they ban NuclearSilo because he disagree with u and others? NuclearSilo is the probably the most intelligent member of SRF and contributed a lot to SRF. im hopeful that he will finish his work calculating the dmg formula and his autoit program to detect bots. he's a generous person and share his work and findings, unlike some.

blame the ones that banned NB for being a constant problem.. anyone CAN be a constant, just choose the right words to justify your action...

Silo contributes a fare bit to the community, those who simply linger around the General Discussion may not realise the contributions in other parts of the forum.

You're saying that because Silo's opinion is different to that of some or most in this thread that they should be banned for being a constant problem.

• Constant: Doesn't change, Always the same, Does not vary.
• Problem: A difficulty which has to be solved.

We put them together and we have a difficulty which can not be solved and does not vary.

That in my opinion, because Silo's opinion, in one thread opposes your does not make him a constant problem.

@AngloKnight - From this thread we, as in people who do not play Venus have established what is meant by having a confederation in an mmorpg, something which is unheard of in most of the other servers. We have established and understood the rules of the server. No; I have not read every single post on all 14 pages, and yes I think this thread is going rather off topic, however it can not be too bad if it isn't locked by a Moderator.
