Well, goes to show what little chance we have of anything being done. If Joymax hardly listen to their workers in San Jose, CA. That is one of the reasons Mary Min quit, she had suggestions for the company. Joymax didn't like them, and she quit.
If Morningdew has to post in that thread asking for what they would like to be done, it shows what little, next to no help, there really is.

The GMs also mentioned that they work many hours overtime and do not get paid extra for it. They manage 3 games with a small staff. They leave, because of the company doesn't give a shit. Yes I know this is true, because nhn(ijji.com) had a couple GMs(which now they work for outspark) that planned to work for Joymax. Instead of working for Joymax they went to work for nhn because it was less work and more enjoyable.

I think for this Christmas event, they should give fortress leaders, and their commanders, military engineers, etc, a banhammer that they can use on people in game.
See a bot in your grind area? Hit it with the banhammer!
Maybe put a limit on it, like 3 times a day, to help prevent abuse. Otherwise we could just sit at fortress war banning everyone and anyone who attacks the fort.

that might work on venus, but what about the servers that have a botterguild owning the fortress? they'd just ban the strongest members of opposing guilds lol

Well in reality it wouldn't work on any server. With that power, one guild could ban an entire opposing union in a couple days.
Maybe just give ME that banhammer

Which explains why there is little to no support for isro. JM's small staff needs to handle both iSro and kSro, together with Deco and Darkeden. Still, they should try/do more, i think only iSro on itself is making cash like water for them.
