I usually sleep around 12AM and wake up 6AM (weekdays). On weekends, I go to bed around same time but wake up around 11AM.
Just to let some people know, it's better to have a habit of sleeping always at the same time. One of the major reasons is that certain organelles can 'shut' down (not completely, obviously) and rest. For example, the liver normally 'shuts' down around 12AM, so if you aren't sleeping yet it's doing extra work and this might to a disease in a future.
About sleep affecting growth, it's true, but it only plays a very very slim factor. By sleeping more, you don't spend as much energy as you would if you were awake. Thus, the energy can be used to secrete more growth hormones while sleeping (not very significant, but still).
On weekdays, generally around 12-2am, sometimes I sleep around 7-9pm. On weekends, generally around 2-3am. 15 years old. meh, sometimes it is just completely messed up though, sleep at 4-5pm, wake up at 12am.

What time do I go to sleep? Never the same routine. Some nights it's 2am, other nights it's midnight, other nights it's 10pm. Sometimes even in the afternoon. My sister regards me as "The Incredible Sleeping Man" in that I can sleep whenever, wherever I like pretty much. Even after 8 hours of sleep, I can nod off just a couple of hours later if I feel like it.
I would just like to say, in Conclusion, most SRF users sleep around midnight getting less than 8 hours of sleep a day. Or maybe I can't really say that>? A lot of you guys seem to sleep late on weekdays though.
