I have heard that more than 90% of every server players are bots and that annoys me a lot, Joymax doesn't ban bots because if servers are full 24/7 they sell more premiums? Completely pointless! think now, bots doesn't buy any silk items(!) so wouldn't Joymax sell more silk items (not so many premiums) like pets, scrolls, avatar items, potions etc. if there wuoldn't be bots.
If there is for example 350 non-bot players on one server, lets say 100 of them buys a premium, without bots there could be 3500 non-bot players and lets say from 100 players each 30 uses silk so there would be 1050 players who buys silk per non-bot server, so lets say each of them buy 100 Silk and Each of those 100 who plays when there is botters buys 300 Silk per Month, so 1050 * 100 = 105000 Silk (Non-bot servers) and 100 * 300 = 30000 Silk (Bot servers) . non-bot servers use more silk because more paying players on server and then servers wouldn't be crowded 24/7, helpful for everybody, isn't it? What do you think fellow players?

Looking at it finacially I don't blame them for not banning all the bots if they're purchasing silk, etc. It's a good source of income for them and for the most part bots don't quit :\. Socially I don't appreciate it one bit and i'm sure alot of people feel the same way, but unless people actually hold some sort of petition against it joymax will continue to be lazy and milk the profits if that's the case.

Petition is pointless no one urge you to play/pay silkroad online.

I'm sure something will be done about it -someday-. Eventually the real people that do play honestly will quit and it'll just be computers playing against computers which defeats the purpose of the game.

I think your numbers are purely hypothetical and don't come anywhere near the actual numbers..
Sure your gaming experience increases when everybody plays fair.. but if it's better for Joymax's finances, I think only they know...
People have been making these kinds of topics since the first day bots arrived, and Joymax still doesn't give a shit :D

So either you find a game that is less frustrating for you, or you deal with it

Their biggest income is the silkbuying bots lol...Most of the botters got serveral chars which all has pets/tickets/suits/globals/reverse returns etc etc. They would be retarded if they ban them =/ Sure legits buy silk too, but not as much as the botcommunity I recon.

The reason why bots are their biggest income is becuase people get fed up and quit due to the fact they can't log in or keep up with bots, too. I mean, I could play 5-8 hours a day on average, but I still wont ever keep up with a bot that can play 24/7 WITH double exp.

Only gold bots don't buy silk (then again some do to prevent getting banned). Take in account that maybe 95% (excluding 2-3 servers) players bot, you'll see the huge income. The game is beyond saving as Joymax would lose the majority of their income. The game was designed poorly and only a handful of people would play legitimately.

Reported every off-topic post for spam/flame bait. This ISN'T a bad thread, you just make it seem like one because most of you are immature/spammers.

Another one??

uhmmm weird.

OT: the bots arent the real problem cuz there have been bots almost since begining of the game, the real problem is the loader that allow ppl opens more than 1 client, and ppl actually use more than 5 at same time....just figure out how many ppl are needed to make the servers crowded if every1 use more than 3 client, simple maths:

lets guess, 1000 ppl all over the world using 2 clients, thats 2000 spots taken, plus the legit players(500 xD) and the rest for the goldbots.

What? Every server I ever played on, every major botter had Prem+, Devil Spirit, Item Mall Scrolls, and some sort of Avatar.

You're serious? Loader is not even the problem at all. Gold bots are. Easily. Take up server space, grinding place, inflate the economy, and are annoying. Gold bots are far worse than some douche logging in his main and a staller with a loader.

I don't know which of you are more infantile, the creator of this thread, or the morons with the useless replies?
