That's called "Vipper Toilet Challenge" "the challenge of attempting to make something interesting of this curious image (The first one is the original), apparently Korean in origin, and soon a gathering of Photoshop maniacs populated the thread with the images you see below it."

ill try and find it
ok skimmed through 100 pages on google and i still couldnt find it
