From my experience, similar methods work. Don't know about that second video though... I prefer Tai Chi.

OMG i did it  . I did someone practices like videos in youtube say and I could feel my Qi. When i put my hands face to face, I feel an invisible elastic force like magnetic, hands feel like there are ants moving on, a bit hotter. As I breath in the force draw, breath out the force push. If you are in a dark room, or put a gray background, you'd see like a flow of air move from this hand to other hand.
