Eh like wtf!!!
Why can't my friend from Malaysia and Phillipines play?? tells them wrong region!!
I'm from Singapore and i can play lol

Some IP's are banned, and have to play on localized servers if im not mistaken. For example, right now im in Indonesia and i can play fine :)

Well thats shit man...half my friends are from philly and malaysia ><
Here's something i found

Those are the blocked regions of PWI and ES.

Hope they don't plan on blocking Singapore!
