How to update?

For those that have been able to update the client, share with us how. I keep getting that Connection to server has ended. How doth one fix.

Yes, you know me all too well, thanks for +'ing your post count with no contribution to the thread. Thank you 4-n-zics...but it still wont update =l. Oh well, I'll just wait a few days, w/e. All I'm missing is a crap dress, and impossible login times. Lock/delete as necessary.
