OMG stupid pll @ @home

I tolt them the problem they said to me srry we cant help you there are to much problems go fix it our self....

I wish i had a nuke to kill them :P:P OMG.....

I hope by waiting a couple of days the problem will be over...

I send a message to troubles@Home with all the mails from @Home.
The look if @Home does good work.
The don't as we see.
I hope the can do something that @Home help there clients better.

We better don't pay those days at @home, see service contract....
And claim the ticket and pet.........

Never seen such provider, they only sit still and hope there will be a another day... :x :x :x :x :x

Another frustraded @Home user over here :(

It seems @Home is not the party to blame, it aint a dns problem. I believe the IP range @Home is using has been banned, but for what reason? I really would like to know why...

I guess u haven't right that one.
A helpdesk assistant logged in and describe me the game.
@Home itself can reach it, with the same numbers ....

Ok i got BBB one of the swedish ISP that couldnt access SRO, and this is how i got it to work. First go here http://silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=16447 I did everything the topic starter wrote in his first post except for one thing. I used Vapors IP and port (as he wrote in the 4th page of this thread: Anyone using proxifier use 68.230.40.118 Port 10777 this works im playing right now and have been all day)
Then it works like wonder

Ofcourse the helpdesk agent can login, they are not on the same network as we are using! They have a business account, more reliable and stable.

Since I'm using XS4ALL I don't have this problem, but should I have been a customer with @home, I think the following email migh thave gotten their attention (copy to all the right people):

Dear sir/madam,

My connection problems with the Silkroad game seem to be an issue between you and Joymax. This game is one of the main reasons for me to have this internet connection, and if you cannot find a solution within 2 days then I will find an ISP that can.

121.128.133.12 http://www.silkroadonline.net

Dan opnieuw opstarten.

Nope, this won't work because the @Home problem ain't a DNS problem. The IP range @Home uses has been banned (or whatever), for what reason we still don't know... :( :(

this is working!! i played yesterday, without dc's and let it run with a stall at night. perfect!

but,...
only silkroad and the silkroad website did work and nothing else.
so i deleted Proxifier and my internet works fine again and no SRO :cry:

Use different DNS servers.
18.70.0.160
18.71.0.151

Should be working.

I would advice to put it back to Automatic when @home fixed the issue.

Again, it ain't a dns problem so don't bother trying this. A lot of ip ranges has been banned by Joymax for whatever reason, including the ranges @Home uses. The only party who can solve this problem is Joymax.
