To be honest, it's not entirely Joymax's fault how iSRO turned out. Yes they have the most power to fix this game, but I have a feeling no matter what Joymax does, the community will piss and moan about it.
It's the community that has decided to bot, scam, cheat. It's the community that decided to buy gold constantly, helping fill the servers with more gold bots. It's the community that decided there aren't enough gold bots, so they run their own gold bot army. It's the community who decided to ride through 90% of the game on horses tracing some high level botter who happens to be KSing any possible legit left that might be trying to hand grind. It's the community who decided to do all these things while ignoring, or denying, how those things affect the few people left around them who decide not to play that way. People play this game the way they want, trash it, destroy it, without a care in the world how it affects anyone else.
And you want Joymax to fix this game? It's not the game that needs fixing. The game itself could use some improvements, but it's not so bad the way it is. It's the community, or at least a major part of the community, that needs some major fixing.
Stop botting. Stop cheating. Stop trashing the game for everyone else.
Joymax could make a complete turn around, at a huge risk to the company, and start banning every single character in every server who appears to be possibly botting or doing anything else remotely against the TOS. They'll piss off a lot of people, alienate most of the servers, and do it all while the remaining people piss and moan about how there are no players left to party with or something.
Who knows, if they did that, and after everything settles down, maybe new legits will pour into the servers and everything will be paradise. Maybe not.
