Are warriors only tanks or can you actually use axe or 2h in a party and be beneficial?

I might make a axe/cleric, but if axes are useless in party's, then I'll be clericing half the time and my heals will be so low because I'll be putting stats in HP.

Anytime ive seen Str Clerics, it didnt work out well. Warriors are tanks. There are tanks with 2h or Axes, but Id still say they generally are expected to tank rather then dps.Its only when you have more then 2 tanks that maybe you'll just be a damage dealer. but even then, not very useful as dps only over another character

Hmm. I've never had any problems when I was a cleric in a party.

A tank's role in a party is to have 1h/shield, have Vital Increase on cos it increases aggro and use Taunting and Howling Shout all the time. Sprint Assault to aggro a mob fast.

XP gain is much lower when u have 2h/axes cos u can't tank that much and huge lures cannot be done.

STR is not good as a cleric, cos once u have used (Group) Recovery(when it's maxed all the time), ur mp is gone and u can't heal for quite a long time. U will need a bard to be an active STR Cleric. Otherwise u could just put on Bless Spell(if there's no other cleric).

Ive seen plenty of 2H and Axe tanks, and they did not slow exp. It depends on the entire situation. If you really want to do 2H or Axe, do it. 1h can tank more damage, but playwhat you enjoy. They're all a tank either way

My experience is 2h works just as well in luring tanking as a 1h / shield.

Cuz of the damage return ratio.

Axes can also be used. As a high lvl warrior 80% of all the damage you get comes from the fences and pain buffs not from the mobs.

So in general it doesnt really matter what typ of weapon you got, just use the typ you love the most.
