You sound like you are a 12 year old who is embarrassed by sex playing dragon age in your family room. lawl.
Got further into the game, story is good, but lack of new scenery is killing me. Does Bioware really think we are that stupid to notice that a dungeon is new if we play through it backwards and add little different rooms?

Blame EA more than Bioware.. "Ooooh, Dragon's Age Origins was so popular, hurry up and get DA2 out as fast as possible." This is why I believe companies like Bioware and a few others should be allowed to set their own deadlines. Fuck EA.

But i guess when EA brought Bioware out this was always going to be the case
They messed up KOTOR2 Badly by rushing it for Xmas instead of giving it another year. And they messed up DA2 by rushing it to boost their finacial ratings for this year, instead of giving it another year and runied it

EA thinks that quantity > quality.

*bump* Finally got around to buy and play DA2, first game ~30 hours a good female mage. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the game. I'm glad I didn't listen to all the things I heard and skipped it. It feels more like an action adventure, which is a shame IMO. It would also have been nice if they kept the party the way it is in DA:O, it's cool they got their own houses/places now but it's annoying having to travel to every place all the time >.< Only read this if you finished DA2 or if you don't care about spoiling the story, contains stuff about the end:

Of course its them being lazy, they rushed the game. And the few people who i know who got the DLC and said its not very good either.

DLC is not that great, about 1-1.5 hours of mediocrenessnessness. At the end there's a nice little fight though.

Oh I liked that one o.o Got a nice staff from it The end fight though... Maybe it's my noobyness but I almost failed lol, and I played on casual. @satman: you're right, but somehow it didn't bother me that much o.o Several cities would've been nice though.

DA2 made me mad because this game had soooo much potential.. DA:O had a rich, wonderful story and engaging/tactful combat system.
They could of just improved off of DA:O.. all the elements were already set in place, except they made this poor excuse of a game.

I did actually, and 3 times on normal. I don't care much for those hard settings, I play games to have fun and relax, not to aggrevate myself. Unless it's co-op then I enjoy trying to do it on max difficulty.

Equally likely it's an obvious cash grab. Well, actually it's 100% gonna be a cash grab, so it's actually far less likely it'll be really good.

Rented this game today with my friend. My A button is going to be faded when I'm done.

I never got the hate for DA2. I had a tremendous time playing it.
I actually prefer it to DA:O, though I have to say that I started playing that one after DA2 on a different platform, but the whole combat of DA:0 on the PC feels so horribly slow and clunky whereas the combat on the PS3 for DA2 was more fast paced.
