As the title says, I am looking for an ACTIVE 70-90 cap private server. Don't suggest Salvation, I already play there. Thanks in advance

Though there are lots of people who bot on very high rate servers as well, but then again, most people are lazy and make a server with 110 or 120 cap and don't change anything besides the rates, which is stupid.
