Look what i found today:

im not a sword/blade user so i know almost nothing bout shields.But i didnt know that shields can have crittical :shock:

And if they have how does it works? it is added to the weapon's crittical ??!??
im confused....

Critical on a shield means that if you equip that shield your opponent will do less criticals on you.

It doesnt reduce the opponents critical rate by (in you case) 9 but slightly reduces it.

Yah i got a little theory about crit / block parry.

Critical 100 (100%) i think will do crit -10 on your enemy.

The same for block. But just a guess
