indeed it is
i can be mistaking but the pink text of the GM is not a whisper to you but a normal 'all' chat?
so that would mean he could be investigating the other dude rather then you

I noticed in that screenshot [GM]hanpooh has a yellow leaf icon (for below lvl 20 character) but has a high lvl horse and equipment. Are all the GMs like this?

Yes all GMs have the "nooby leaf" however even when you are a low lvl you can take it off. Its somewhere in your options panel

Options>Set game> uncheck "Beginner"

Thanks. I didn't realize you could take it off. Can a higher lvl add the leaf?

Yeah it is, they once said that because a lot players faked around pretending to be GM, They said :"GM always talk with purple text bla bla *more bullshit* bla bla" :P:P

On Babel there is a guild that uses the Wanted Icon as the Emblem, ive seen at least 3 wrongfull attacks

Our union guild has the noob sign as their Guild icon:P
