Hi, I'm New Here

I have been playing SRO before and leveled my character to Lvl 32... I deleted my game so i can clean up some spaces. When i redownloaded it after this this error appeard, then i upgraded my RAM to 2 GB DDR400 ... and this game doesn't work after 3 times downloading/running setup.

Please can some kind of a staff team give a comment to calm me/us(if alot of ppl r having this problem) down.
