I don't think this is the proper section for this. However since I have no power to move your thread then assist you I'll do it here. You can't get your SP back. However at your level it wouldn't be hard to farm your SP back up to a good percentage without having much loss in the future, just because the first twenty levels are more of noob assistance than actual playing.
