It's generally not as simple as just changing your IP. Sure, you can go into your Internet settings and change your IP, but your ISP may not accept connections from that IP address. IP spoofing is a different story.
I would be happy to just see a GM walking through a common botter area picking off botters one by one, and watching each one of them disappear as they are logged off and banned. All of the legit players can easily spot a botter, so it can't be that hard for Joymax. I think it would be a fair policy to have your account banned for "looking like a bot" as long as it's just like a 1-3 day ban. And after maybe 3 offenses, it's permanant.
