 Post subject: black screen problem

wenever i start sro, it loads a black screen and i cant see anything. i can hear the music tho. if anyone nose how to solve this problem, please write it here. thanx in advance.

As I've posted in a differen't thread, I have the same problem. I tried reinstalling ,but that didn't help. I'm pretty sure I meet the requirements. The only answer that I got is that a black screen usually means low system requirements ,but that doesn't make sense to me. My friend can run this game ,and his computer has way lower specs than mine. Any other suggestions?

try reinstalling grafic card drivers,i once didnt have sound only in sro and drivers where the problem

Thanks for all of your help. I have had no luck though. I haven't found anything about drivers for my card (Radeon IGP 340m) though. I'm new to this computer stuff. How would one go about reinstalling a driver?

click right mouse on my computer icon then properties,when properties come up find device manager and click it

then all the drivers for the hardware will be shown see is there any :!: :!: of not just find "display adapters" and try reinstalling
