What is SOS?

Seal of Star is an Equipment bonus that makes the item much better than one of the same level, increasing for example Defense, Parry and others on a Protector or Damage, Critical, etc. for Weapons.

There are higher degrees of Seal, like Seal of Moon and Seal of Sun, both are much more rare.

There is no way to make an equipment Seal of X. You have to drop it, and the chances of you getting one are very little.

When u use a sos/som/sosun weapon or equipment, each has a level equivalent.

SOS = +5 level
SOM= +10 lv
SOSUN= +15 lv

That means, as an example, if u have a level 16 bow sos that bow is equal as if u were using a lvl 21 bow, that applies to equipments too.

lol, i'll help :p

sos is indeed equal to the power of +5 .. but not in lvls ..

a lvl 16 sos = a lvl 16 + 5
a lvl 16 som = a lvl 16 + 10
a lvl 16 sosun = lvl 16 + 15

the extra value between a sos and a+5 is that when alchemy fails, u still got the sos stats, but if the alchemy fails with the +5, it's back to +0
